Summer Blessings

At this year’s Adventure Camp, Prayer Safari, we became a blessing to underprivileged students in the Bay Area through City Teams school supply drive. Our kids collected over 400 packs of paper and other school supplies to fill back packs so other kids could start the school right with the supplies they need for a successful school year.

We were blessed by having 280 children attend Prayer Safari Adventure Camp!

Mid-Week Blessings

September 14 is our start up date for RUshOUR. You don’t want to RUSH through your week without spending an HOUR in RUshOUR. This fun mid-week program is designed for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade kids. This program will provide a way for kids to reach out to their friends in the community by inviting them to see how much fun it can be to be FLIPT about Jesus. This is also a way for parents and our church congregation to be a blessing by spending time with the most important part of our church…OUR KIDS, with out fear of missing one of Shawn’s messages!

In November we will be planning a special “Be a Blessing” event for the kids and their families.

Fall Blessings

We are looking forward to returning to our regular classrooms and be a blessing by providing Children’s Ministry programming to over 100 children between two services each Sunday!

Move up day for all children was September 11.

Five Buck Blessing

All the kids in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade were given an envelope this summer with 5 bucks in it, along with a letter challenging them to see how they can bless others with their 5 bucks. Get yourself a Kleenex and see what kinds of blessings our kids were!

Shoeless Sunday

Sometime,
September’s too
soon, but
Shoeless Sunday is
sure to
send
several
special blessings to
someone,
somewhere,
so be prepared to
search for
some
shoes to
send over
seas to
some
super Kids!
